Rob Dancer, co-owner and Mortgage Broker is an Economics/Management graduate of Albion College. Launching his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Rob combined his public accounting and corporate finance experience and joined Equity Group Financial as a mortgage broker, moved on to First Horizon Home Loans as a branch manager/mortgage specialist. A licensed Realtor® and CPA, Rob’s array of home lending and real estate experience offers the most comprehensive approach to mortgage planning for our clients.

Jim Davis, co-owner and Mortgage Broker is an Economics/Management (with an emphasis in accounting) graduate of Albion College as well. After spending 5 years in the public accounting sector with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Jim ventured into the home lending industry with Equity Group Financial as branch manager, then joined First Horizon Home Loans as a branch manager/mortgage specialist. Jim brings over 10 years of home lending and loan specialist management to our organization, allowing for the most thorough knowledge in home lending.
